Utopia Infinity LLC is a UAE based holding entity headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates focused on Export Import of Products and Services. Primarily focused on importing building materials & construction supplies like natural granite, marble stone, laminate, tiles, carpets, modular kitchen equipment for distribution across all states within UAE and also exporting to USA, Bahrain, Oman, Singapore, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & other international markets.
Based out of Dubai, UAE Utopia Infinity LLC also has a separate Management Consulting Division which provides specialized consulting services to senior corporate executive teams on business strategy, residential property (asset) management, retail advisory services, merchandising mix planning advisory services , shopping center and mixed-use development.

Gautam has over 20 years management experience in Mixed Use Real Estate Development, Business Strategy & Global Export Import Business.
He has contributed to the successful execution of many professional assignments for various consulting clients many of which are located in Australia, Canada, USA, India and Middle East and North Africa.
He has also earlier contributed towards Master Development & Urban Planning of United Arab Emirates by offering specialized expertise in corporate strategy and comprehensive execution of mixed use development projects including third party strategic alliances and Joint Venture collaborations.
At Emaar Group as part of Corporate Strategy Team implemented the Business Plan, Leasing Strategy, Tenancy Mix and management of the Leasing Team for The Dubai Mall - currently the largest mall in the Middle East and one of the largest in the World.
Additionally also delivered on the responsibility of managing the commercial leasing & development of Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina Projects (premium mixed use development townships in UAE) with specific reference to the retail development of the Emaar Boulevard as one of the first premium F&B dining & retail high street districts of Dubai.
At Landmark Group as Head of Asset Management for Oasis Malls - setup the Mall Division, acquired 13 new sites for mall development across the entire GCC and MENA Region including but not limited to Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait.
In addition to the above, he holds diverse experience in the business of international export import trade with specific reference to International sourcing of Building Supplies, Apparels & Food Products from India for supplying in international markets in USA, Canada, Cambodia, South Korea, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates and MENA region.
Educated in the United Kingdom, with an MBA Degree with specialization in International Business Gautam is professionally qualified in new creation and business re-engineering of Mixed Use Developments having experience in the major business disciplines of Leasing, Asset Management, Business Development, Corporate Strategy & Marketing & Export Import Business.
He has completed an Online Executive Education Programme in Digital Marketing from Columbia Business School, New York USA.
He has also completed an Online Executive Education Programme in Artificial Intelligence : Implications on International Business from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Massachusetts USA.
He holds a valid business license in Real Estate & Asset Management duly qualified from Sauder School of Business - Real Estate Division of University of British Columbia & is licensed to operate in British Columbia, Canada. under authority from BCFSA (British Columbia Financial Services Authority).
